A new Amazon FBA seller recently launched a FBA product within my niche, and at first I didn't really think much of it. However, upon investigation, I saw how good their listing was, that it was amazon private label, and that the product was differentiated. Uh oh! Thankfully, my worries were put at ease when I started to see a tonne of 1-star reviews, which were all commenting the same thing. The seller had taken a short cut with their Amazon FBA product (hadn't done their product research properly!), resulting in a LOT of very angry customers.
