In this short video, I discuss how Amazon FBA works. The term FBA stands for Fulfillment by Amazon.

Once you find your product, your manufacturer makes and ships it directly to Amazon. Your product is then received, scanned in, and dispersed to different fulfillment centers. This is how Amazon is able to offer prime 1- 2 day shipping. When an order is placed, Amazon will pull, pack, and ship the product on your behalf. Yes, there is a small FBA fee, however, keep in mind Amazon is doing all the work, using their own supplies, and covering the cost of shipping.
