AMAZON FBA 2021 FOR BEGINNERS | How to Start Selling Wholesale on Amazon in 2021:

Steps to Start Your Wholesale Business in 2021:

1. Set up your Amazon Seller Account & your business
2. Source Products & Companies: Use the right sourcing methods - reverse sourcing, storefront stalking - concentrate on small - mid size companies - not the huge brands!
3. MAKE PHONE CALLS: Call a minimum of 100 companies per week (Monday - Friday), follow up with your calls, utilize emails for an initial reach out, followup tool, or a means to setup a phone call with the company. Start building your relationships, be persistent!
4. Analyze data to determine profitability: Once you get your price list from the company, break down your profit, ROI, sales velocity and sell through rate in order to make a smart investment decision
5. Logistics & Payment: Is your supplier sending your inventory directly to the Amazon FBA warehouse? Is your supplier sending your inventory to you and then you are sending it to Amazon?
What is your shipping cost? What are your prep fees? - break down all of your costs from top to bottom. How is your supplier getting paid? - Credit card? ACH? Wire transfer?
6. Rinse & Repeat - cultivate your existing relationships over time as your build out more wholesale accounts and make new relationships with companies. Never run out of stock on your products if possible - nowadays it is very difficult to keep stock because of increases in demand and shortages of supply, so do your best to plan accordingly. When we run out of stock on products, we are losing sales!
